Earn Silk by Jobbing
On LSRO, silk is earned, not bought. Trade runs pay silk only during a Boosted Special Goods event — a community reward unlocked when the Reward Stash fills to 1B and rolls the Special Goods perk. When it's live, longer routes pay more and every thief online raises the reward (×2 during a boost).

How it works
- Register as a Trader at a Job Union and buy a transport.
- Buy Special Goods at a trade NPC and deliver them to another town.
- During a Boosted Special Goods Event (unlocked by the Reward Stash), the sale pays silk straight to your account.
- The longer/more valuable the route, the more silk — up to 300 silk for the longest run.
- Each thief online adds +2% — escort up, or risk it for the reward.

Base reward = trade profit ÷ 65,000 gold, capped at 300. Paid only during a live event, while the jar has silk.
